Franzi von Kempis kommuniziert Komplexes - mit dem Ziel, dass es alle verstehen.

Als Politik- und Kommunikationsberaterin rüstet sie Unternehmen, NGOs, Verbände und Parteien für wirksame, demokratische Kommunikation auf - mit Fokus auf KI, Narrative und Organisationsentwicklung. Ihre Überzeugung: Demokrat:innen müssen anfangen, eigene Narrative zu Wir setzen - weil wir es können.

Ihr Kernthema: Wie wir Haltung zeigen und auch die schwierigen Gespräche führen - auch wenn's unbequem wird. Dazu berät sie auch Unternehmen, die sich klar für Demokratie positionieren wollen. Wenn sie das nicht macht, schreibt sie den Newsletter Adé AfD - eine wöchentliche Anleitung, wie wir uns alle für die Demokratie, unsere Haltung und füreinander einsetzen können: Im Job und zu Hause.

Davor war sie Geschäftsführerin des Charta der Vielfalt e.V., Chefin vom Dienst für t-online.de und Leiterin des Daimler Mobility Labs. Ihre vielleicht ungewöhnlichste berufliche Entscheidung: Im Pandemiewinter 2021 ihren Job zu kündigen und in Berlin ein Impfzentrum zu leiten.

Bekannt ist sie auch als Meinungsmacherin: In ihrem Buch „Anleitung zum Widerspruch" liefert sie Argumente gegen Vorurteile & Populismus.

Franzi von Kempis makes complex issues understandable — for everyone.

She is a political and communications consultant who helps companies, NGOs, associations, and political actors build effective, democratic communication strategies. Her work focuses on artificial intelligence, narrative development, and organizational change. Her core belief: democrats must actively shape their own narratives of “we” — because they can.

At the heart of her work is the question of how we take a clear stand and engage in difficult conversations, even when they are uncomfortable. She also advises organizations that want to position themselves clearly in support of democracy.

When she’s not consulting, Franzi writes the newsletter Adé AfD — a weekly guide on how we can stand up for democracy, our values, and one another, both at work and at home.

Previously, she served as Managing Director of Charta der Vielfalt e.V., Editor-in-Chief on Duty at t-online.de, and Head of the Daimler Mobility Lab. One of her most unconventional career moves was leaving her job during the winter of the pandemic in 2021 to lead a COVID vaccination center in Berlin.

She is also known as a public commentator and author. In her book Anleitung zum Widerspruch (A Guide to Dissent), she offers practical arguments against prejudice and populism.
